Banglalink signed an agreement with US-Bangla Airlines at its head office recently which will allow Banglalink Priyojon customers to avail of 11 percent discount on the base fare from till November 19, 2015. To receive the discount, the customer needs to send an SMS to a short code (2012) with the text “usbangla space base fare amount” to get the discount. A single customer cannot buy more than 4 tickets at a time, said a press release. Mahbubul Alam, Head of Mass Market and Loyalty and Partnership, Marketing, Eiasher Arafat Hossain, Loyalty and Partnership Assistant Manager, Marketing of Banglalink, Md. Shafiqul Islam, Head of Marketing and Sales, US-Bangla Airlines, and TM Musfiqur Rahman, Manager Reservation, US-Bangla Airlines were present. Md Mahbubul Alam Bhuiyan, Head of Mass Market and Loyalty and Partnership, Marketing, Banglalink said, “We are very excited about entering this partnership with US-Bangla Airlines. Receiving the most valuable and interesting offers is an integral part of a Priyojon customer and we are proud about bringing such an important and timely offer.”
